Hermanus is the 'jewel of the Overberg', or the 'whale capital of the world' - it depends on who you ask! Hermanus is world-famous for its land-based whale watching. The 12km long Cliff Path offers various viewpoints to see the whales, with some taking you only a few metres from the whales!
